How Long Will it Take For My Package to Arrive?
After submitting your order, it will take us 3-7 business days to process your order (in-case you need to change you shipping address, adjust your order, …etc). At this point, it will take between 10-14 additional days for domestic packages and 1-2 additional weeks for international packages.
How Do I Track My Order?
You should receive an email, after your order is done processing, containing a tracking number for your package.
Then You can visit our page and tracking number for your Delivery status.
If you don’t receive a tracking number, first check your spam folder.
How do I Return/Exchange My Order?
RETURNS
All returns must be received within 30 days for US orders and 45
days for international orders for your returns to be processed.
EXCHANGES
Not all items can be exchanged as some products may be out
of stock or discontinued. If you have questions about your
return/exchange please contact us.
How do I Cancel My Order?
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of initial purchase. You must contact us within the first 24 hours, Even if we do not respond right away, your request to cancel must be received within the first 24 hours after a purchase.
Do to the process of our custom products, every order is "made to order" . Your product starts manufacturing process 1 day after you place your order, so we do not allow cancellations after 24 hours.
